Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–3 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after the 1–3 day processing period.

United States

3–10 business days

Europe & United Kingdom

7–10 business days

Other International Destinations

12–20 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays (customs, weather, carrier issues) may affect delivery times.


International Shipping

Yancperformance ships internationally to a select list of countries.
Shipping costs and transit times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

Some international shipments may take 12–20 business days after processing.


Taxes & Duties for International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Additional country-specific fees

These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Any fees applied upon arrival must be paid to local customs or the delivery carrier.


Order Cancellations

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately at yancperformance@gmail.com.

We will do our best to stop processing the order, but if the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In this case, please follow our Return & Refund Policy.


Shipping & Handling Fees

Orders with a total value under $65 may incur an additional shipping fee.
Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
